It was restored at Germiston shed in August 1971 and was used for several Specials and film shoots before been placed on permanent display at the Outeniqua Railway Museum in 1998. Here she is shown on a special train to mark the 75th Anniversary of the opening of the Pretoria - Lourenco Marques railway line.

Pretoria, September 1967. NZASM 46 tonner No 242. Sold out of service by the SAR in 1914 to Consolidated Main Reef Mines & Estates gold mine as their No 3. It was returned to the SAR and restored at Koedoespoort workshops as No 242 and mounted on Pretoria Station 1968. Recent research indicates she is more likely to be No 236. She is shown here after restoration at Koedoespoort Works.
